Konexa has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE/CSAM), and for any behavior that puts minors at risk.
Community Standards EASI / CSAM Zero Tolerance Safety by Design1. Prohibited Content and Behavior
It is strictly prohibited to post, request, share, store, promote, or link any child sexual abuse and exploitation content.
- Sexual content involving minors or any sexualized representation of minors.
- Grooming, coercion, sextortion, or attempts to establish sexual contact with minors.
- Distribution, facilitation, or exchange of illegal material, including external links.
- Any attempt to evade safety controls or moderation systems.
2. Detection and Enforcement
Konexa applies technical and operational safeguards to prevent abuse and act quickly:
- Proactive moderation and user report review.
- Immediate removal/blocking of violating content and suspension or termination of offending accounts.
- Preservation of relevant evidence in line with applicable laws.
- Escalation and cooperation with competent authorities when legally required.
3. How to Report on Konexa
If you detect suspicious content or behavior:
- Use the in-app Report feature on posts, profiles, or messages.
- Include as much context as possible (user, content, date, screenshots if available).

Safety reports are reviewed with high priority.
4. Child Protection
- We do not allow sexual or exploitative content involving minors under any circumstance.
- We apply preventive safety measures against abuse, harassment, and grooming.
- We may limit features, suspend accounts, or block access to protect the community.
5. Legal Compliance and Cooperation
Konexa complies with applicable laws and cooperates with law enforcement and judicial authorities when appropriate, including valid legal requests related to child safety and serious crimes.
